Product Introduction
Working principle of pulse dust collector
It is composed of box, filter bag, dust cage, induced draft fan, high pressure gas storage tank, etc. (See figure 5.1 for details). The dust-containing gas enters the dust collector box by the inlet, and the fine dust particles are delayed in the outer wall of the filter bag due to various effects of the filter bag, and the purified gas is discharged through the outlet of the upper box of the filter bag. With the increase of the use time, the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag increases, the permeability of the filter bag weakens, and the resistance of the dust collector increases continuously. In order to ensure that the resistance of the dust collector is controlled within the limited range, the pulse controller sends out a signal to open the electromagnetic pulse valve, so that the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed into the filter bag by the spray pipe holes, resulting in a rapid expansion of the filter bag, because the impact of the reverse pulse air flow quickly disappears, the filter cartridge shrinks sharply, so that the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag is removed. The dust falls into the lower box.
3 Daily maintenance and maintenance
3.1.1 During the operation of the equipment, special personnel should be assigned to manage the equipment and make operation records.
3.1.2 Management personnel should be familiar with the dust collector principle, performance, use conditions, and master the adjustment of operating parameters and equipment maintenance methods.
3.1.3 Periodically replenish lubricating oil to the parts that need lubrication on the equipment, and regularly check whether the pulse ash cleaning system of the dust collector is normally sprayed. If it is not normal, focus on checking whether the pulse valve diaphragm and solenoid valve are faulty or damaged, and should be repaired or replaced in time.
3.1.4 If the pulse valve is faulty, it should be removed in time, such as internal impurities, water and other foreign bodies should be cleaned in time, and the diaphragm should be replaced in time.
3.1.5 Check the seal of the pulse dust collector regularly. If air leakage is found, the seal should be replaced in time.
3.1.6 Check the normal operation of the equipment regularly according to the change and fluctuation of the operation resistance of the equipment.
3.1.7 The filter bag is a wearing part, and the user should regularly check the working condition of the filter bag and consider timely replacement according to the damage degree of the filter bag.
3.1.8 Regularly check the working conditions of the gas path system and ash discharge system, find anomalies and remove them in time.
3.1.9 Discharge water regularly according to the water in the oil-water separator in the compressed air system.
3.1.10 Shutdown should be after the process system is stopped, keep the dust collector and exhaust fan continue to work for a period of time to remove the moisture and dust in the equipment, and before the dust collector stops working, it must be repeatedly cleaned and unloaded.
3.1.11 Check the operation of pressure valves, cylinders and inlet and outlet air valves every day.
3.12 Observe the entire cleaning circulation system every week to confirm whether the operation of the cleaning circulation system, inlet and outlet air valves is normal.
3.1.13 All inlet and outlet valves, controllers, solenoid valves, stroke switches, motors and equipment shall be checked in detail every month according to their operating functions.
