Product Introduction
Working principle
Bucket elevator consists of a base, pipe joint, plate chain (belt), bucket, head, motor, reducer, etc. (See the figure for details). The bucket is uniformly installed on the bucket (belt). The bucket scoops up the material from the base of the machine, lifts the bucket with the chain (belt) to the machine head, and turns downward after bypading the active drum. The bucket transports the material to the bunker. Belt type bucket elevator generally uses yellow plate belt; Chain bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chains, the above is the transmission sprocket, the following is the reversing sprocket. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with a housing to prevent dust from flying in the bucket elevator.
Daily repair and maintenance
1. Stop the machine after unloading.
2 Feeding should be uniform, not too much, so as not to be blocked by material.
3 The operator should check the working condition of the bucket and chain (belt) frequently, and adjust the tension device assembled at the bottom at any time to ensure that the chain (belt) has the tension force for normal operation.
4 Check the backcheck device for abnormal noise and overheating during operation. Whether the backstop is flexible and reliable.
5 Check whether all fasteners are loose, and pay special attention to the fastening of the bucket and chain (belt) fixing bolts after shutdown.
6. The line part shall not collide with other fixed parts and be stuck. The two chains (belts) shall run in the same way, and the bucket shall not be allowed to skew.
7 Check whether the temperature rise of each bearing is normal (after 2 hours of operation, the temperature rise is not more than 60℃). Lubrication seal performance is good. Turn the sprocket, and here's the reverse sprocket. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with a housing to prevent dust from flying in the bucket elevator.
Precautions, routine maintenance and fault analysis
3. Precautions
1 Add sealing rubber strips between each pipe section.
2 The perpendicularity of the machine must be ensured.
3 The device must be securely connected to the silo or platform.
The reducer must be filled with appropriate lubricating oil before starting.
