The mixing chamber of the machine is W-shaped, equipped with a pair of axes rotating in the opposite direction, each axis is installed with a certain Angle, a certain number and overlapping blades, forming a flow layer in the mixing chamber with a certain circular speed, and the material in the layer is mixed under the convection mixing principle, and in an instant in a state of weightloss, so as to obtain a uniform mixture. The turning speed of the machine is 50%-80% of the critical speed, and when the blade distance is small, it can be close to the critical speed.
The material in the mixer is acted by two opposite rotating rotors to carry out compound motion. The blade drives the material to rotate counterclockwise along the inner wall of the machine groove. On the one hand, it drives the material to turn left and right, forming a weightlessness zone at the intersection and overlap of the two rotors. In this area, regardless of the shape, size and density of the material, the material can float up and be in a state of instantaneous weightlessness. Thus, the effect of fast and soft mixing is achieved.

2. Shear mixing: the material forms a shear plane with each other under the action of the blade, and the clumps or particles of the material slide and collide with each other to form shear mixing.
3. Diffusion mixing: The diffusion mixing effect exists in the whole machine, but it is more significant in the area near the center line of the machine, because the two rotors rotate synchronously in reverse, and there is a motion overlap area of the blade in the body, which makes the material near the center line subject to the action of the rotating blade. The material turned by the blade in this area is scattered in the air due to the inertial action at the moment it leaves the blade. The materials rub and penetrate each other, forming a fluidization area near the center line of the body. Each particle can move freely in the fluidization region, and the material particles are fully diffused and mixed in free movement. The friction in this area is small, the mixing effect is light and soft, and the mixture is not isolated. In particular, when particulate materials (trace additives) are in the fluidized state, the mixing effect of diffusion is better.
